I translate the lessons learned from supporting female athletes pursuing audacious goals in sport to supporting high performance women at work, to help them Thrive not just in business, but in life. Cycle to Work’: The menstrual cycle influences body, brain and behaviour, yet most women are not taught how it can influence them in work and life, and up to a third of women report missing work because of cycle symptoms. By exploring our biology and what that means for us as individuals, I hope to inspire women to tap into the powers of their cycle as well as feel confident to overcome its challenges.

Women Thriving’ explores essential components to thriving, like sleep, nutrition, movement and exercise, as well as female specific factors such as menstrual, breast and pelvic floor health, and positive mental health in women.

Wellbeing for Women’: Wellness across the lifespan, from harnessing your hormones, managing the menopause, perfecting the pelvic floor, supporting breast health and bolstering your brain power. Women, thriving, at all times of life!

Supporting daughters through puberty’: Both mum’s and dads have told me they leave this session empowered to talk more openly to their children about what is happening to girls during puberty, and how to support her, and each other, through this time.

Sharing is Caring’: I share my experience of developing job sharing as an effective way of working in a high performance environment and at leadership level. Dispelling myths, exploring challenges and encouraging creative thinking.

Consultancy

My consultancy is carefully tailored to your needs. I have typically worked with businesses looking to retain female talent or improve diversity within their organisation. I also work with marketing, branding, consumer insights and R&D teams from leading brands to generate new ideas for a product solution and digital app development in the area of women’s health, sport and exercise.
